1 egg
1 c applesauce
1-1/2 c cake flour

1 t baking powder
1 t cinnamon
1/2 t allspice
1/2 t nutmet
dash salt
1/2 c raisins
3/4 c chopped nuts
1 c powdered sugar
2 T apple juice

Cream butter and sugar until smooth. Add egg and beat well. Stir in applesauce.

In a small bowl, mix flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Add to butter mix. Stir and beat until well blended. Add raisins and nuts - stir to blend.
